To check your order status, simply log into your account and click "Order History."

Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours from the time you place your order.

You do not need to set up an account to place an order. However creating an account allows you to store your shipping information, see order history, and view your product's warranty information. Additional features will be added to the account page in the near future.

Accutherm is currently operating with our standard shipment processing times, but due to high order volumes and carrier delays, some deliveries may arrive later than expected. Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel or refund orders or shipping fees after an order has been processed, left our facility, or is in possession of the carrier.

We currently ship to Australia. Please contact us for all other countries.

All products purchased from our website, unless ordered as a special item, may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a refund less shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee.
