NECO Fuel-Fired Hot Air Furnace Series

This solution provides an integrated fuel-fired heating system, featuring a high-efficiency burner, high-temperature alloy furnace tubes, a sealed combustion chamber with convection heat exchange sections, an intelligent combustion controller, and a complete set of safety interlock devices. During operation, the burner automatically adjusts the fuel-to-air ratio to ensure complete combustion; heat is transferred through the furnace tube walls to the internal medium; the intelligent controller precisely controls the furnace chamber temperature and the outlet temperature of the medium, while continuously monitoring parameters such as flame temperature and pressure to guarantee safe and stable operation.
